About Louie
Expert Technical & Tactical Guidance – They break down every movement with precision, helping players master ball control, passing, shooting and decision-making under pressure. Top coaches design sessions that develop game-ready skills, not just drills.
Personalised Development Plans – Unlike group training, a 1-to-1 coach crafts sessions uniquely for you, focusing on your goals, strengths and areas for improvement. This personalised attention accelerates learning and makes every practice count.
Strong Communication & Trust – Exceptional coaches build strong relationships with their players through clear communication, encouragement, and trust. They explain concepts in ways that make sense to each individual and help players feel valued and motivated.
Mentorship & Mental Growth – Top coaches also develop leadership, resilience and confidence. They help players understand the mental side of football — from self-belief to composure in competitive situations — making them better athletes and team contributors.
Ongoing Feedback & Progress Tracking – With regular feedback and structured evaluation, a great 1-to-1 coach ensures you’re always aware of your progress and clear about your next steps. This keeps you focused and improving every session
