About Alannah
Hi! I'm Alannah. I have played flute for six years. I sat first chair for three years of high school concert band, and then sat third chair when I moved up to symphonic level band. I have worked on complex etudes and received high ratings in solo competitions. I participated in the philharmonic youth symphony sitting first chair.

I want to encourage students to become confident with their instrument and understand the beauty of music without being afraid to make mistakes. I can teach through example videos, using my own instrument, and instructing kids how to read music. I can teach a very beginner flautist or work with one who is practicing a specific etude.
