About Michael

I began working as a professional photojournalist in 1990, and I supervised photojournalists for 25 years. I earned a master's in photojournalism and a doctorate in communication. Now I write theory on what makes photographs meaningful. I will teach you the "cheat codes."

About the lesson

Stop watching YouTube videos! They range from partially helpful/somewhat confusing to downright wrong. My photographs have been viewed hundreds of millions of times, and now I teach all the insights a career in photojournalism and years of study and research have given me.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the students of Michael.
