About Japneet
Hi! I’m Japneet Kaur Chandoak, a Biochemistry student at Freie Universität Berlin with a passion for unlocking student potential. My academic journey has always been driven by a 95%+ standard—from achieving a 1.3 German equivalent in my Abitur to successfully completing the Feststellungsprüfung (FSP). This rigor, combined with my research experience in developmental psychology, allows me to understand not just what to teach, but how students actually learn and stay motivated.
Why Tutoring with Me is Different: I don’t believe in "one-size-fits-all" education. Having moved from India to Germany and mastered the language to a C1 (telc Hochschule/DSH-2) level myself, I know the challenges of adapting to new systems and high expectations.
• Multidisciplinary Expertise: Whether it’s breaking down complex Biology/Chemistry for A-Levels, coaching Year 1–11 English (C2 level), or navigating German grammar, I provide clear, logical frameworks.
• Psychologically Informed Coaching: Using my background in research on adolescent development, I tailor my sessions to reduce exam anxiety and build genuine self-confidence.
• Proven Results: I have experience working with both primary school children and professionals, helping them transition from "struggling" to "succeeding."
My Promise to You: My lessons are structured, patient, and results-oriented. Whether we are preparing for SATS, GCSEs, or the Abitur, my goal is to make the subject matter click so that you don't just pass the exam—you master the material.

If your child is struggling to find the right words or feeling overwhelmed by upcoming exams, I’m here to help. I offer personalized English tutoring for students at every stage of their journey:
• Primary (Years 1–6): Building a love for reading, mastering phonics, and getting "SATS-ready" without the stress.
* Secondary (Years 7–9): Strengthening grammar and getting a head start on literary analysis.
• GCSE Prep (Years 10–11): Cracking the code for English Language and Literature.
Why learn with me?
I’ll be honest—I’m not a rigid, old-school lecturer. I’m an adaptive, supportive tutor who remembers exactly what it’s like to be sitting in those classrooms. My goal isn't just to help students pass a test, but to help them feel confident in their own skills.
What we can work on:
* Comprehension: Actually understanding the "why" behind the text.
• Creative Writing: Turning "boring" sentences into stories that jump off the page.
• SATS & Exam Technique: Practical tips to manage time and understand what examiners are looking for.
• SPaG: Making Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar feel like second nature. I believe every student learns differently, so I keep my lessons flexible, fun, and focused on whatever you need most.
