About Mariam
My name is Mariam and I'm a current Year 11 student going to Year 12 in 2026. As a student myself, I understand how heavy the workload can feel especially without support and that is what I'm here to offer. I've always been passionate about English, excelling in the classroom and mentoring younger students from years 3 to 7. I offer flexible online, one-on-one lessons with tips to make your learning journey balanced and enjoyable!

I use a supportive, student-centered approach that focuses on building students' confidence and building on their skills. My lessons are held online, between 1-2 hours with clear explanations of the learning material, interactive activities to engage students, friendly chat, and revision. I support students from Grade 3 to Grade 7 looking to boost their literacy skills and develop effective learning habits. I am top of my English class, and an academic award recipient with experience mentoring and tutoring younger students. Based in Brisbane.
