About Karina
"Calculating trajectories in a dusty lab at UC Berkeley sparked my desire to teach science through reasoning. That focus on the why remains the core of my 13 years of experience. I work with absolute beginners alongside students preparing for intense board exams.
Many struggling students need fundamentals to regain their confidence in numerical problem solving. I explain kinematics and thermodynamics to help them visualize physical interactions. My degree in Chemical Physics guides how I break down complex concepts like electrostatics. Students often grasp units and measurements quickly when we avoid rote memorization.
I enjoy watching students move from confusion to clarity during graph interpretation. Seeing them gain mastery over modern physics remains the most rewarding part of this work."

"Starting with a concept, we explore how logical reasoning drives the physical laws we observe. I use my 13 years of experience to ensure the theory connects directly to practical lab work.
Mock tests with error analysis before exams help us identify specific gaps in your understanding. You will find that these assessments make the actual testing experience far less intimidating for students. Drawing on my UC Berkeley background, I design problems that challenge your current level of comprehension. We analyze your mistakes carefully to refine your approach before you encounter high-pressure situations.
This structured method builds a foundation that serves you well beyond the classroom. Analyzing results together makes the rigorous process of study surprisingly engaging."
