Hi, I'm Chandana — a Data Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on industry experience at Cigna Healthcare, Morgan Stanley, and Optum, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma (2025).
I have spent years building real production-grade data pipelines, writing Python and SQL that processes tens of millions of records daily, and working inside Agile engineering teams at Fortune 500 companies. I know exactly what employers are looking for — and I teach you precisely those skills.
My approach is patient, structured, and always practical. I do not believe in teaching abstract theory in isolation. Every session we write real code together, solve genuine data problems, and build skills you can immediately apply in coursework, interviews, or on the job. A Typical Lesson Plan
A standard 60-minute session runs as follows: 10 minutes reviewing the previous session and answering any lingering questions; 20 minutes of concept introduction with live coding demonstration; 20 minutes of guided hands-on practice where you write and I coach; 10 minutes of review, common mistakes, and a mini-challenge to complete before the next session. Every session ends with clear next steps and resources.
