About Regan
I teach because I want to demystify the logic of numbers for you. I sat at my desk and realized that algebra and geometry only make sense if you start with the basics of arithmetic and number sense.
My 13 years of experience help me guide 294 students through coordinate geometry and mental math challenges with ease. I hold an MSc Applied Mathematics from Stanford University which helps me turn difficult topics into simple steps. You receive a diagnostic test for every student before we begin so I understand exactly where your knowledge stands. I draw on 13 years of experience to make sure we fix the gaps in your mental math or algebra immediately. It is quite helpful for you to have a clear roadmap before we start tackling complex coordinate geometry or arithmetic.
These sessions flow well because I know how to pace the work so you do not get stuck on small details for too long. Helping you feel prepared for an exam is actually quite fun for me.
