About Mae
Hello and welcome!
I’m an enthusiastic English teacher with 6 years of experience teaching English online. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and a TEFL certificate, and I’m currently completing a Diploma as an Educational Assistant in Alberta, Canada. My practicum begins in October, and I’m excited to continue developing my skills in supporting children’s learning, communication, and individual needs.
Teaching is more than a job for me. It’s my passion and my calling. I especially enjoy working with children, understanding their unique personalities and learning behaviors, and finding ways to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for them.
In my classes, we will make English fun, interactive, and easy to understand. I want my students to feel comfortable expressing themselves, asking questions, and most importantly not be afraid of making mistakes. Mistakes are a natural and important part of learning!
My goal is to help you build confidence in speaking English, strengthen areas where you may need more support, and gradually progress to the next level all while learning at a pace that works for you.
I would love to see you become better and more confident every day. Whether you are just beginning your English journey or looking to improve your speaking skills, I’m here to encourage, guide, and support you every step of the way.
