About Tom
Hi, I'm Tom, and I have worked within the fitness industry for the past 6 years, first in a corporate capacity before becoming a Personal Trainer, and expanding into fitness management and group coaching. I have worked various environments, ranging from big chain gyms, to hotels fitness suites and independent gyms.
Several of my clients (past and present) are coaches and personal trainers themselves. They would not only benefit from sessions, but also expand their own knowledge. I now want to make that knowledge avaliable to as many aspiring trainers as possible.

I have developed an expansive knowledge of the fitness industry, including marketing strategies, delivering fitness classes, and specialised coaching which can vary from bodybuilding, to weight loss, to strength rehabilitation which involves working with medical professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
I aim to educate the next generation of Trainers and Coaches to a high standard, ensuring they go into the role with confidence in their craft and the determination to deliver excellent results to clients.
