Patience is at the core of my teaching philosophy. I recognise that learning maths can be challenging and sometimes frustrating, so I maintain patience and support throughout the learning journey. I create a safe space where mistakes are embraced as learning opportunities. Continuous assessment is crucial to monitor progress. I regularly evaluate my students' understanding through quizzes, tests, and discussions. These assessments help me identify areas needing reinforcement and guide the direction of future lessons. I encourage a collaborative learning environment by fostering peer interactions. Group activities and discussions promote teamwork and peer-to-peer learning, allowing students to learn from each other's perspectives and problem-solving approaches.
