About Liam-Elio
I've worked within consulting for the last 5 years with an extensive background assisting university students, early careers professionals, and senior professionals seeking a career pivot. Within my years at the University of Nottingham completing both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees I successfully navigated the early career market landing a London-based graduate scheme within a top 100 employer, according to the Times 100 employers list.
During my studies I worked through a contract with a talent acquisition agency that represented at the time, 9+ global graduate employers. I contribute this experience to increasing my passion for guiding professionals through the job application process and equipping me with much of the commercial knowledge that I use within my sessions to this day. My sessions have helped graduates who have gone on to land roles at companies such as Aviva, HSBC, Oliver Wyman, Goldman Sachs, The NHS Management Graduate Scheme, and more.
Within my 1:2:1 sessions with senior professionals, I have assisted individuals at middle management roles within companies such as Big 4, Boutique, and high street name firms to progress up the career ladder through strategic moves.

Liam has been such a help with his 1:1 advice sessions. As an Economics student finding a career is much harder than people think in the 2025/26 job market. His own journey is routed in the advice he gives, balanced with his commercial knowledge of so many industries. I highly recommend his service if you are seeking to land a top graudate scheme!
Liam is an outstanding coach, he has helped so many people across both his time within UON & his time in the most recent years working in London. I highly recommend his service if you are seeking a career in the UK specifically within Consulting or Finance.
Liam is a fantastic academic, tutor, and professional. He displays a strong balance between personal experience applying within one of the toughest graduate markets and professional experience of representing, headhunting, and coaching a range of students from early careers to c-suite professionals.
I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking careers advice within high finance, consulting, or accountancy.View more recommendations
