About Indu
As a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with 5-8 years of experience, I've had the privilege of guiding students on their transformative journeys. My love for yoga was ignited early on, and my pursuit of knowledge has led me through various yoga traditions, from Hatha to Vinyasa, Yin to Ashtanga, and more. My mission as a teacher is to share the incredible benefits of yoga, both physically and mentally. I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or level of experience. My teaching style is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and a deep respect for the ancient practice. I'm not just an instructor; I'm a fellow traveler on the path of yoga, and I can't wait to walk it with you.

My approach as a yoga tutor is deeply rooted in creating a holistic and inclusive learning experience. I prioritize individualized attention, ensuring that each student's unique needs and goals are met. My teaching methodology combines a blend of traditional and contemporary techniques, emphasizing mindfulness, alignment, and breath awareness.
A typical lesson plan starts with a centering practice, followed by a well-rounded sequence encompassing postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation techniques. My lessons cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I specialize in tailoring classes to accommodate specific needs, whether it's therapeutic yoga, stress relief, or enhancing physical strength and flexibility. What sets me apart is my commitment to fostering a nurturing and judgment-free environment, where each student can explore the transformative power of yoga.
