About Ayushi
I am Ayushi currently pursuing graduation from Delhi University. In my school, Yoga was compulsory in the morning that's because I started doing it but then I started feeling that yoga helped me find clarity, strength, and balance—and I want to share that gift. Teaching allows me to guide people into a healthier relationship with their body and mind, at a pace that feels natural and compassionate.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or perfect. I guide you gently, step by step, making sure you feel safe and comfortable at every stage. Since I myself learned it from scratch. I've been doing yoga since I was a kid and now I'm pursuing graduation. I'm in my final year. Breathing is very important while learning yoga. Whether you’re a student, a working professional, or someone balancing many things, I offer class timings that fit your routine—not the other way around. Yoga is not just about asanas, it's more about the posture, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation so you feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced throughout the day.
