About Romi
I feel that yoga, in many ways, changes lives, and really believes the first asana I ever did was the beginning of My journey to becoming my most authentic self. What I would like to, and hope to, bring to my classes is the very thing I have always loved about a yoga class: getting to a place physically, mentally or spiritually that I have not been before. I wants students to experience something new; whether it is simply doing their downward dog more correctly or finding the ability to do a headstand. I love when students find something within themselves to empower them.

I am inspired to take my practice further and give my knowledge to my students. I have completed my 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yoga South.
There are 3 lessons I can provide, all 60 minutes.
Yin (60mins) - slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles
Hatha (60 mins) - this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness
Vinyasa (60 mins) - is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next.
