Sometimes, people do not like music theory because they view it as a set of hard and fast rules that must be followed to "succeed" in a genre.
They may also feel forced to use particular ideas or techniques to create music. Or they may feel overwhelmed by the complexity of music theory.
But don't worry, my job here is to simplify things for you.

Ekaterina is an excellent teacher. She took the time to hear and understand my goals for playing the piano. Her instructions were very clear to me. She gently corrected me when needed which I truly appreciated. She put me at ease for my first lesson. I’m looking forward to my next one!
Ekaterina is a wonderful teacher! She worked with my daughter and did a great job! My daughter improved and really enjoyed her lessons.
