About Laurie
My love for sports since I was little (volleyball, swimming, weight training) and for anatomy naturally led me to yoga when I was looking for a “softer” sport. Then the spiritual and energetic dimension of yoga seduced me and finally what made me continue is the psychological contribution that the practice can have on the mind.
I have been practicing personally for 4 years and in order to be able to bring this well-being around me I decided to do my teacher training in November 2020 in Vinyasa with Mariza Smith in Chamonix (200h YTT certified by Yoga Alliance). I completed a 50h training in Yin Yoga in February 2021 with Jess Dezaux (certified Yoga Alliance Australia).
And I continue to continuously educate myself out of love for this vast field through reading, online courses, videos, etc. Once you start to take an interest in yoga in general, you don't let go, the discipline is so rich.

Hello everyone!
My name is Laurie and I am a yoga teacher (vinyasa and yin yoga) north of Haguenau and its surroundings.
I offer private lessons or group lessons at home, outdoors or even at the office!
My classes always consist of conscious breathing exercises, warming up, standing and / or floor postures and relaxation.
So that the session adapts itself to you, to your needs, your desires and above all to feel supported and confident in your practice, I can offer you tailor-made courses: more dynamic courses (cardio , strength, strengthening, flexibility) or softer (restorative, yin yoga, relaxation, etc.).
A practice that can bring you both peace of mind and body, all in one, that's the magic of Yoga !
