About Christine
My yoga journey began many years ago when I felt ready to move away from the gym and high‑intensity training. As a Personal Trainer, I loved helping people improve their fitness, but I sensed there was something deeper to explore in health and wellbeing — and yoga opened that door for me.
Over time, I realised that attending classes wasn’t enough. I wanted to learn more, grow more, and share the benefits of yoga with others. Now, as a woman in her 50s, maintaining and improving my mobility and flexibility has become a priority, and yoga has supported me in becoming stronger with age rather than weaker.
I began teaching yoga to friends and family, and soon recognised that my biggest regret would be not gaining my certification. Completing my training has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. My formal background is in Hatha, Restorative and menopause yoga, but my teaching style has naturally evolved into a vinyasa‑inspired approach that focuses on deep stretching, mindful strengthening, and relaxation.
I love working with students across the broad range of yoga’s components to help them cultivate a sense of overall wellness. As I continue my studies to become a health coach, this holistic approach feels even more meaningful. I especially enjoy welcoming beginners and watching them grow in confidence and connection with their practice, while also supporting those at an intermediate level.
My classes are designed to be relaxed, supportive, and fun — a space where you can move with intention, breathe with awareness, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.
