About Greg
"Hey there! I’m a certified yoga teacher with 400 hours of training in hatha and vinyasa, and I love adding a special touch to my classes by combining yoga with music. As a trained musician, I also offer bhakti yoga, using music and chanting to help deepen the spiritual side of practice. I’ve trained at Gayatri Yoga School in Tenerife and completed another Yoga Alliance-approved course, so you can trust that you’re in good hands. What’s even better is that I focus on building a supportive, friendly community where everyone feels welcome and uplifted. If you’re looking for a practice that connects body, mind, and spirit, come join us! Let’s grow together!"

"Hey! I’d love to invite you to join one of my yoga classes. My sessions are focused not just on the physical practice but on the deeper, spiritual side of yoga—helping you connect with yourself on a whole new level. We explore mindfulness, breathwork, and intention-setting in each session to cultivate a calm, centered mindset that lasts beyond the mat. Plus, my classes are all about creating a supportive, community vibe, so you’ll be joining a space where everyone is welcomed, encouraged, and uplifted. How about trying a class with us? I think you’ll find it really transformative!"
