About Moksha
Professor of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. I have been teaching since 2013 in India, France and Spain Classes in Spanish and English. Mindfulness / Mindfulness Breathing Instructor Yoga Training with Sivananda Vedanta Ashram, Kerala India. Ayurveda nutrition and therapy training. Guided Vipassana Pranayama meditation and Wim Hof Breathing technique to improve the immune system and mental focus.

Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher in various disciplines (Hatha, Vinyasa) and Vipassana Meditation and Ayurveda Therapist. I offer online and private classes in Madrid. Born in India in a family of yogis; I was introduced to yoga since my childhood. Before you start doing physical yoga; I spent many years understanding and reading yoga philosophy, chanting mantras, learning breathing exercises. Many years later after working in the advertising profession; I returned to my roots and decided to deepen my yoga practice and become a teacher with the Sivananda ashram in Kerala, India. I have been teaching Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Joint Mobility, Pranayama, Meditation and Ayurveda nutrition for 8 years in India, France and now in Spain (my new home). My classes are aimed at all levels and especially according to your goals and preferences and adapted to your body. The goal of my teaching is not only to make you flexible and strong in your body, but also to help you develop self-awareness of your body and your breath. So that you can take control of your body and mind in any situation in life. Do you need private classes at home? I can go to your house to give a totally personalized session of yoga. Would you like to practice classes from your home, wherever you are? We can do these classes by video call! We can connect live and have our classes from wherever you are.
