I'm Pooja Singh. I have done B.Sc and M.Sc in yoga therapy in regular mode from SVYASA Yoga University. I have worked in NIMHANS for almost 2 years. Class will be simple consist of Yoga, Pranayama, Bandha and Mudras. Taking class for all levels of yoga practitioners. My teaching methods are simple. The usual structure of the class for 1 hr. I like to take yoga session irrespective of caste and religion.
