About Rubina

I am a yoga teacher and founder of Ruh — Your sustainable health guide.

My professional background combines extensive corporate experience in marketing, media, client relationships and business operations with my long-standing involvement in yoga and wellbeing. I began my yoga journey in 2012 and have continued to develop my teaching through further training.

My training includes prenatal yoga (RPYT) and Yoga Nidra, alongside my yoga teacher qualifications. I aim to make yoga accessible, thoughtful and practical, with an emphasis on understanding the individual rather than simply performing postures.

Through Ruh, I bring together yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and sustainable lifestyle practices to support wellbeing through different stages of life.

My teaching approach is supportive and personalised, helping students develop a practice that works for their bodies, goals and everyday circumstances.

I offer personalised yoga sessions designed around your needs, experience and stage of life. My teaching combines yoga postures, mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation to help you develop a consistent practice that fits into everyday life.

My areas of teaching include prenatal yoga, postpartum movement, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

During pregnancy, sessions focus on appropriate movement, mobility, breathing and relaxation. Postpartum sessions take a gradual approach to returning to movement, rebuilding strength and creating realistic self-care routines.

I also teach general Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra for students who wish to develop body awareness, improve their movement practice or cultivate relaxation. Also include lifestyle changes to adapt for this stage of life

Each session is adapted to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. Online classes are available by appointment.

Pregnancy and postpartum yoga are movement-based educational services and do not replace medical care or specialist pelvic health assessment where needed.

My online yoga classes are priced at ₹1,250 per hour. Each session is personalised according to your experience, needs and goals.

Your first one-hour introductory class is free, giving us time to discuss your requirements and understand whether my teaching approach is right for you.

For ongoing classes or a regular practice schedule, please get in touch to discuss a suitable arrangement.
