About LOLA
I've been a yoga teacher since 2012. I've made yoga my way of life, so I can't say I only practice yoga with my students. Rather, every opportunity in life is a path to learn, reflect, understand how to manage your emotions and thoughts, and see how simple breathing influences how you navigate the world. This is what I try to teach my students, so they can apply these teachings to every area of their lives, how yoga can be incorporated into their daily routines. I teach yoga in diverse settings, from United Nations staff in Brazil to a rural community in Ecuador. Everyone is capable of learning and experiencing this knowledge, and I can say that it has helped everyone, both emotionally and physically.

I am a Yoga Alliance-certified Kundalini, Hatha, and Somatic Yoga teacher. My work as a yoga teacher focuses on helping you cultivate your deepest well-being and connect with your full potential. Classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of physical condition. We work with a series of specific exercises that address different themes, such as sleep disorders, detoxification, and the muscular system. You can tell me what you'd like to work on, and I will prepare the class to appropriately address your needs. All classes include warm-up exercises to improve your fitness and flexibility, as well as relaxation and meditation that allow you to explore other facets of yourself, relax, and gain a clearer perspective on your life and new approaches. We also use specific mantras in the classes to release and work through emotional and psychological blocks. If you prefer, I also teach Hatha Yoga classes where we will focus more on the physical aspect through asanas that promote body awareness and increased flexibility and strength, as well as physical and mental relaxation.
