About Thandi
I successfully completed my Yo Yoga teacher training 200-hour program in May of 2016. I qualified in Ashtanga Vinyasa but I prefer a more relaxed style of teaching.
I believe that there are different sides to enjoying yoga. Stretching, Pranayama and meditation. It is up to you to decide which side you would prefer.

I was trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa (200hr) in Mozambique. My teaching style is very relaxed and about your comfort. It's up to you whether you want to focus more on stretching, Pranayama (breathing), or the deeper side of yoga.
I am proficient in teaching in English and Afrikaans.
My lessons are aimed at people who want to deepen their yoga practice, beginners who are afraid of going to a public class or anyone who just wants to do private classes.
