About Darshi

I started doing Yoga at a tender age of 6 years and have been practising myself since 17 years and have been taking sessions since 7 years. I have participated in national level Yogasana championships and thus can be your mentor in this for a long haul. I can teach basic, intermediate as well as advanced level of Yogasana. I'm easily able to connect with any age group. And also I try to keep the sessions as engaging as possible.

About the lesson

I adapt to your requirements easily. I often employ the use of resistance bands, blocks, bending wheel but can train without the mentioned items also. I use a proper method including warmup and cooldown at the end of the sesssion. I am also well versed with Pranayama and other stress relieving excercises. I can also help you to get into a routine that will help you improve your physical abilities and overall fitness. I can train people irrespective of their age.

I highly recommend Darshi for her dedication, patience, and supportive teaching style. She creates a positive and welcoming environment where I feel comfortable, respected, and motivated. Her clear guidance and personal attention help me to practise yoga safely and confidently. She encourages everyone to progress at their own pace without fear of judgement. Her focus on physical well-being, mental peace, and self-confidence makes her an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their overall health and lifestyle.
