Yoga instructor with a 20 yr practice and 8 years teaching experience

I've practiced with Mariana regularly for close to five years and will continue to do so. She's a fun and caring teacher who is able to work with student to adapt their practice for injuries or limitations. Yoga with Mariana helps me feel relaxed and better in my body.

She is knowledgeable and experienced with yoga and how to teach. She has the care and skill to smoothly adapt each class to what her students need that day. I can tell the difference in my week the rare times I miss a class.
