About Naresh Kumar
I am Naresh Kumar Patel, a dedicated yoga professional with a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy and additional training in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Pranic Healing, and Reiki. My yoga research on Mastering Emotional Techniques on College Students was published in the Explore Journal in 2018, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based practice. With over 8 years of teaching experience, I have worked in India and abroad, including 1.5 years in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, guiding students aged 45 to 90 in Yoga Therapy, Chair Yoga, Healing Yoga, and breathing practices. I have also served in physiotherapy and pneumology departments, gaining valuable medical insight into supporting conditions like diabetes, asthma, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, joint pain, and stress. My approach blends traditional wisdom with modern science, including elements of neuroscience, to create safe, effective, and uplifting classes. Beyond yoga, I am also a 2D animation artist using Moho Pro, developing a yoga and neuroscience-inspired philosophical storytelling journey for Pranapath Studio, combining art, wellness, and wisdom to inspire personal transformation. In my yoga classes, I focus on breathing, rhythm, and mindful movement rather than rushing through poses. Students are guided to feel every posture deeply, with gentle, safe progressions that enhance flexibility, balance, and inner peace. Each session is designed to release tension, reduce stress, and strengthen the immune system, leaving you energized, centered, and calm for the day ahead. Whether your goal is stress relief, physical healing, or overall well-being, I tailor my classes to your needs so you can experience yoga not just as exercise, but as a life-enhancing journey for the body, mind, and spirit.
