About Giorgia
Namaste, I'm Giorgia, a student of medicine and surgery.
I have been practicing classical and modern dance for years, although in the last 8 years I have approached yoga, a discipline that has completely changed my way of thinking and acting. In this way I am able to better manage the daily stress and enjoy the little things and love that surround me.
I practice Yoga flow, which is a form of dynamic Yoga, also defined as "meditation in movement", and this is because I do not it is a partial practice, referring only to the physical component, but it also has a lot to do with the spiritual plane, uniting and connecting head, body and soul.

I generally divide the lesson into three parts:
- initial meditation and stretching;
- dynamic and movement yoga
- final stress management with correct breathing.
During my lessons, we start from the basics to then grow together. There is nothing impossible or difficult, you just have to try with passion and patience.
