About Mukulita
I’m Mukulita, a movement artist, yoga and meditation teacher with over 10 years of yoga practice and 5 years of international teaching experience. My relationship with movement began over 25 years ago through dance, and has since expanded into contemporary movement, somatics, meditation and embodied practices.
I have trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Pre/Postnatal Yoga, and am currently studying the breath-led teachings of Krishnamacharya. My work brings together traditional Indian practices with contemporary approaches to movement and embodiment.
I teach with curiosity, sensitivity and an emphasis on listening to the body rather than forcing it. My sessions are designed to help you develop a deeper, more conscious relationship with your body, breath and mind.

My sessions go beyond a conventional yoga class. I create personalised holistic practices that bring together yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic movement, journaling, Ayurveda and contemplative practices.
Depending on your needs and interests, we may explore movement techniques inspired by contemporary dance, Butoh, Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique, alongside ancient Indian practices, embodied philosophy, dream journaling, creative practices and feminine embodied wisdom.
The intention is to develop a deeper relationship with your body, mind and everyday life; building physical vitality, self-awareness, emotional balance and a more grounded sense of wellbeing.
Every session is different and shaped around you, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner.
