About Lilasufi
My name is Lila, the founder of Lilasufi Sanctuary where I share my passion for yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor with a PhD background in engineering, which gives me a unique ability to combine scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom. I specialize in creating safe, supportive, and calming spaces for students to release stress, improve their well-being, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is gentle yet effective, blending movement, breath, and mindfulness practices. I welcome students of all levels and ages, whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. My goal is to inspire confidence, guide you through your journey of healing and awareness, and help you feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced after each class.

My techniques and teaching methodology: I combine gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness practices to create a calming and balanced class. My teaching focuses on stress relief, body awareness, posture improvement, and cultivating inner peace. I adapt sessions based on individual needs—whether relaxation, strength, or flexibility. Typical length of a lesson Lessons are usually 45 minutes, but can be shorter (30 minutes) or longer (up to 90 minutes) depending on needs. My qualifications/experience as a tutor: I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor with a strong background in mindfulness and well-being practices. I also have extensive experience in mentoring, guiding, and supporting people through stress management and healthy lifestyle practices. Who are my lessons for (level, age, etc.) My lessons are suitable for all levels—from beginners to those with some experience. I teach adults of all ages and can adapt classes for individuals, small groups, or workplace sessions.
