About Marcella
I am a practitioner and have training in Meditation, Vipassana Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga (trained in India) and Reiki. Practices in which they were and are extremely important in my personal development and evolution.
I consider myself an eternal learner, I love to travel and explore the unknown, experience new cultures and consolidate knowledge acquired in a lifestyle in a light and pleasant way.

Students are guided through sequences of traditional yoga asanas infused with various meditation techniques, breathwork (pranayama), Marcella guides students to cultivate awareness of breath and mind qualities and states. The sessions are designed to work through specific movement techniques tailored to one's current physical, mental, or emotional challenges, aiming to alleviate anxiety, tension, depression, or anger, and promote inner peace, happiness, and lightness.
