I'm Yashoda, a yoga instructor from Faridabad. I have a degree in yoga. I'll give personal classes to some clients. I'll give you practical classes based on your disease and side by side give you theoretical knowledge also. The method is direct method teacher to students, directly providing all knowledge about all asanas and pranayama. Asanas give physical health, strength, flexibility, balancing in every each asana, and pranayama gives mental health or spiritual health. Yoga asanas are the most powerful thing for our body, mind, and soul.
