Hey, as a yoga practitioner,I will teach some basic yoga steps and meditation on a met . The class will be held online, in morning from 6:00 am to 7:00 am IST ( Indian Standard Time) . I have been engaging in this practice since two years ,and I also have participated in a world record on 'International yoga day' . These classes will be flexible for every age group, who so ever want to calm their mind and relax their body.
