Yoga definitely is no less than workouts. It infact gives you physical strength alongwith mental strength.
I feel that many people face problem in not knowing which pose to go on with and how to increase their strength nd flexibility. This can be done gradually by starting from easy level and with consistency and regular breaks, you will see yourself doing poses which would've been difficult otherwise.
The class will always start with a light breathing exercise followed with gradually progressing poses then coming back to basic and end with breathing too. The class would be on alternate days in the beginning and then after sometime, the class would be held regularly with break for one or two days.
In this way, you will definitely feel yourself experiencing more of inner peace and physical strength eventually.
I will also help you with your food habits to stay healthy.
One specialty of yoga is that people of any age and gender can perform yoga, only the levels and the intensity would differ for different ages.
