About Paris Adrian
I am a relatively new person as a YOGA teacher, however I have more than 7 years practicing yoga, different styles like ... Vinyasa, Hatha, Rocket, Flow, Ashtanga, Aerial, Acro, Kundalini, Restorative, among others ... Graduated from Green Yoga Mexico, in 2017, I started with projects on Aerial or Fly yoga, which has taken me through many places to meet extraordinary people, authentic Gurus and incredible people. Before yoga, I was a Runner, who developed athletics for 5 years, in which I competed in a large number of races, besides practicing Crossfit, Bicycle and Karate. For the above I am a person who understands that each body is different and goes to its own level what we seek with the YOGA is to increase our capabilities starting from the most important thing OURSELVES.

This proposal would never reject your heart. Hello, I am Paris Jimenez and I want to invite you to experience the benefits of yoga that can offer you, favor the respiratory, vascular, muscular, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, glandular, nervous systems, etc. We will improve the body structure step by step obtaining greater flexibility and strength but first of all we will improve in concentration, patience, love and respect, because the practice of this discipline introduces us to the deep knowledge of ourselves developing a higher consciousness, to see other eyes what happens around. It is worth mentioning that there are many styles and conceptions of yoga all equally valuable because they seek to give us an answer on how to live harmoniously without letting ourselves be carried away by circumstances, especially reaching union with the absolute, true freedom with another level of existence that transcends the daily life. It is very important to respect the different ones, as well as the yoga traditions, with which I feel very happy and always put into practice with my students. Paris cuenta con un amplio conocimiento del yoga del cuerpo y es muy empatico, Paris incluye no solo yoga en sus clases sino historia filosofía y meditación. Ademas de comprender conocer y saber sobre el cuerpo humano
