About Hollie
Hello!
I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years, and in that time I have grown so much from both my teaching and from my personal practice.
Yoga has gradually become a massive part of my life. My first yoga class was at school when I was 18! Yoga's influence became stronger for me during a time of personal crisis when I was 26, trying to navigate the craziness of London! My practice has been a way for me to heal, to process grief, to find love for myself and others.
I studied for my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certificate in the midlands. It was an intensive 6 weeks for me with constant self enquiry that I hold onto today. I am ever grateful for that process.
Each day Yoga is incorporated into my life, through movement, breathwork or its values. I hope to bring that offering to you!

My classes will include breathwork, movement, balances and relaxation to create strength, and flexibility, and most importantly, calm your mind and regulate your nervous system.
I teach all levels, from true beginners through to advanced practices. I want my yoga practice to be accessible and enjoyable for all. My main focus is Vinyasa flow classes however I also like incorporate slower Yin flows into my practice.
I am passionate about the holistic part and creating a mind body connection through the medium of Yoga. Yoga is not just about asana (poses) but also the breath and the meaning of yoga on and off the matt which I like to teach throughout class.
Classes last 45, 60 or 75 minutes and include meditation, breathwork as well as the physical practice. My classes can be taught online, in person where is suitable for you and to groups or private 1-2-1's.
For 1-2-1 classes the sequencing can be adjusted as you need which can be discussed prior to class. Whether it's a focus on slower movements and relaxation or a more dynamic flow with balances.
My classes are usually taught to music however this can be adjusted in 1-2-1 if preferred.
I am available mornings, afternoons and some evenings.
