Hi!
I'm Soumya, a Masters graduate in yoga therapy from NIMHANS. I have been providing yoga therapy for health issues and general well being for over 4 years now with a specialisation in the field of yoga for mental health and neurological disorders. I provide yoga based counselling and treatment plans based your needs.
When I'm not teaching yoga, you can find me buried in a book.
I believe the ancient and sacred gift of yoga should be shared with all so we can all find inner peace and physical well being.

My method of teaching is very personalised and student based. The aim of my class is to make learning fun, simple, and healing.
Maximum strength of group classes is 25.
Personal classes are also available.

Her teaching methods and communication skills are wonderful
Since started taking classes for me . I have improved to fullest . She has such knowledge , tips , and tricks which helped to get the desired outcomes . She is a great teacher .
She is a great teacher . The experience and the knowledge , the way she thought is astonishing. She is always there to tell you the right way . She has a very friendly nature which is the key factor to take her classes . A yoga teacher , therapist and a great friend at the same time .
I was diagnosed with Thyroid problem and was given medication for the life time to keep it under control which I hate. After getting advice from her, I started yoga practices religiously for 3 months and subsequently reduced the medicine to zero. I got myself checked at the lab and thyroid disappeared!
Fabulous instructor, her way of speaking is too good , I will highly recommend her
