My method of teaching is creating a sense of grounding, balance, and freedom through a class tailored specifically to the needs of the day and the student. My classes are created off of the intentions needed in the students life for the day as well as the body parts they wish to work with. Every class will be a balance or breath work, moving meditation, strengthening, and stretching,
