Perfect! I like how Anahita teaches Yoga.
She brings something new to every class, and she has a gentle presence of compassion and playfulness.
She also understands the pareto-principle well, and respects the client's unique position.
I totally recommend her.Perfect! Anahita is an amazing teacher. I took private sessions before my upcoming yoga teacher training and in just a few classes, it helped me immensely in building my strength and flexibility. The sessions also comprised meditation and pranayam, which are important for a holistic development of the mind and body. Anahita is deeply knowledgeable in all the domains of yoga, and I couldn't recommend her more.
- Mudit is patient, forthcoming and inquisitive. I absolutely loved taking yoga classes for him. He's a fast learner and it was fulfilling to teach him.Anahita's response :
