About Afshan
I have done Masters in Sociology. I have got experience of teaching of almost 10 years. Taught all subjects from Montessori to Elementary level. Cooking is my hobby which enables me to create new recipes and flavors in my food. I started teaching cooking classes in 2012 and taught baking and cooking to all age groups. I love to teach my knowledge and inner talent.

*First I use to clear the students what they will learn in a very friendly manner.
*. I give them the recipe in written form so they can see all the ingredients and method of the recipe. They don’t have to write while learning.
* My teaching method is very clear as I make my students to do everything themselves all the measurements of the ingredients,mixing,cooking with my guidance.
* I create the love for cooking as giving them the tips and how to create taste in any recipe.
*In the end students give me the review andsummary of the recipe which enables them to learn more clearly

Due to work and studies, I haven’t had the chance to invest too much time into cooking. However, I also lacked the proper skills. After taking a class from Ms Afshan, I am well equipped with making delicious food quickly! I love the way she teaches, giving every student individual attention. I would recommend that everyone take at least one class from her as she has so much talent to offer.
