About Kristy
Revit sits at the center of my architectural career, where I have spent 13 years translating complex designs into reality. I recall starting my first project with nothing but a blank grid and a desire to understand how structural elements interact.
My work spans the intricacies of families and parameters, structural modeling basics, and setting up sheets, views, and viewports. I also navigate the complexities of walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, schedules, quantities, and MEP systems overview. Working with 335 students has shown me that technical software is best learned through consistent practice and clear documentation.
This journey from simple lines to finished sheets defines my professional practice. I enjoy the process of turning digital sketches into coordinated construction sets. It remains a deeply satisfying part of my daily routine.
