About Tien
Hey my name is Tien Frank Nguyen I'm 22 years old, I've been overweight very often since my childhood and I've tried a lot of diets and often lost more than 10 kg but they came back twice after the diet ( Jojo effect).
In other words, I know how it's not possible. I'm currently on a diet myself. My starting weight was 83 kg at the beginning of December 2021 and I currently weigh 71 kg. I lost 12 kg in a healthy way and without giving up food within 3 months. I would be happy to support you on your weight loss success.

Tien ist ein sehr guter Coach, er motiviert mich immer ins Gym zu gehen, auch an schlechten Tagen. Er ist auch abseits des Trainings ein sehr guter Freund, der ein immer aufbaut.
Tien war ein super Partner. Er konnte mir gute Tipps, Empfehlungen geben und zeigte mir was richtig oder falsch war.
Er achtete darauf das ich mich beim Training wohl fühlte und mich nicht verletzte, aber dennoch bis zum Limit gehe.
