About Lucas
Having studied at Ombrosa (bilingual school of Caluire), school with expectations out of the ordinary, I had to learn to adapt and manage stress so as to regain my means and understand my emotions.
In addition, I was involved in learning many disciplines such as piano, theater, judo, drums, krav maga, drawing, swimming or even, meeting people, reading , writing and some other activities. All at a sufficient level to be able to claim to have an interesting level.
That said, learning these activities on a weekly basis is compelling and allows you to learn time management by prioritizing and clarifying your goals.

Je sors tout juste de mon premier cours avec Lucas et je recommande sincèrement !
J'ai beaucoup apprécié la pédagogie :
- Explications théoriques directement mises en pratique
- Exercices de réflexion pour proposer des techniques sur lesquelles Lucas va rebondir en expliquant les bons/mauvais côtés des suggestions, puis en proposants quelque chose pour compléter/remplacer cela
- Test des réflexes qui arrivent parfois par "surprise" afin d'évaluer ce qui a été assimilé en amont
- Mises en situations réelles
- Débrief à la fin de la séance pour revoir les différents points et poser les éventuelles questions
Tout cela en sortant du côté "scolaire" car Lucas s'adapte vraiment au niveau / besoin / personnalité en se basant sur le "pourquoi" on est là.
Au-délà de la qualité pédagogique, je recommande également Lucas pour sa personnalité : très patient, arrangeant et encourageant mais aussi empathique et analytique.
Ambiance d'entrainement "friendly" mais intensive (plus fatiguant que la salle de sport !)
Déjà hâte d'être aux prochains cours :D
