About Shaz
I am a young hybrid athlete with a passion for strength training, sports performance, and nutrition. Having spent years learning through both personal experience and evidence-based methods, I understand the challenges of building muscle, losing fat, improving athletic performance, and creating sustainable habits. As a former volleyball captain and active fitness enthusiast, I enjoy helping others reach their goals through practical guidance tailored to their individual needs. I believe fitness should be simple, effective, and enjoyable, which is why I focus on teaching students the "why" behind every recommendation rather than just giving instructions.
