I'm a passionate 17-year-old fitness trainer living a healthy lifestyle. Trained in MMA for 1.5 years, physically fit, and 3 years of lifting experience. I've had experience in helping friends, family members, and other clients with little to no experience in fitness reach their goals whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness, I’m committed to guiding others to thrive.
