Personal Trainer of Relaxation, Stretching and Meditation for 8 months with a woman who suffered back problems, the results: Unmatched before and after. Ho scritto a Sergio per chiedergli lezioni di yoga, meditazione e ginnastica naturale. Le lezioni sono state curate nei minimi particolari, Sergio é un professore molto attento al cliente e non mi ha mai chiesto piú di quello che potessi dare. Vi consiglio di chiamarlo se volete rendere la vostra vita attiva e piú felice!

????He empezado hacer yoga gracias a Sergio, lo tenía siempre en mente pero nunca encontraba el momento, tampoco sabia si apuntarme algún curso pero lo veia muy comprometido, hasta que Sergio me dió las primeras clases y he visto lo poco que se necesita para hacer yoga y lo satisfactorio que llega a ser, físico y mentalmente. Las clases con él son agradables, muy fáciles de seguir y en todo momento te sientes muy acompañado ya que se ocupa de que hagas bien todos los ejercicios. La verdad es que es un super profesional con un corazón enorme.
