About Sara
Dancer and official instructor of ZUMBA FITNESS, with experience and eager to teach! If you want to sweat, tone up, have fun, dance and laugh, the ZUMBA classes with me are going to be great! I've been working in gyms for years and it's still my biggest passion. I like to transmit all my energy and good vibes and that all my students leave class satisfied, wanting to repeat and not give up. If you want to start doing sports and not quit, ZUMBA is your thing! It is not necessary to be dancers, you just need a lot of desire to enjoy and sweat! Contact me for info and questions! I encourage you to try a class, since the first one is free;)

The class can last from 45 to 1 hour and consists of: - 7-10 minutes of warm-up (remix of current and past songs that raise beats) - 10-15 choreography of all styles (salsa, merengue, pop, hip ho , reggaeton, rock, afro, cumbia, bachata, soca, samba) - 5 minutes of stretching and relaxation, to take care of our muscles and relax the mind
