About VARSHA
I AM PROFESSIONALLY A ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR AND A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT. I BELIEVE IN HEALTH IS WEALTH. I STARTED FOCUSING ON HEALTH AND LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF FITNESS FOR LAST 3 YEARS. BEING A CA ,I WAS WORKING IN A INDUSTRY AND LIKE MOST OF US WAS BUSY IN MY JOB AND HOUSEHOLD ACTIVITIES AND NEVER GAVE IMPORTANCE TO MY HEALTH. THOUGH I WAS NEVER OVER WEIGHT BUT WAS NOT FIT. THEN I STARTED FOCUSING ON MY HEALTH AND GOT INTO THIS FIELD SINCE 2015. EVEN IF WE ARE PROPERLY WEIGHED DOESN'T MEAN WE ARE FIT. EXERCISE SHOULD BE PART OF OUR ROUTINE LIKE GOING FOR JOB, MAKING FOOD,TAKING BATH ETC.
