About Analiza

I am a full time mom. I graduated in Le Cordon Bleu Sydney. I have work experience as a professional chef in cafe, Chinese Restaurant, fine dining restaurant and even in a convention centre. After giving birth I still follow my passion (to be in the kitchen). I bake almost everyday and making it as a side income.

About the lesson

My teaching method is first and most importantly is to know the basic. I myself experienced my equipments been broken while working on something but because I know the basic I did not panicked because I know what to do even on a manual.
