About Manas
I am an engineer by profession and a self learned, healthy meal chef by passion. All the recipes and meals are something that I follow myself and prepare for my own family. All the meals are pure vegetarian and nutritious depending on the person's requirements.

About the lesson

The class will be of 1 hour sessions, split into 15 minute discussion about nutrition and 45 minute preparation + cooking time. The class will be taken online and we request the participant to follow along. We will provide a list of all the ingredients required so that you can collect them before the class.
Proper nutrition chart will be provided for your recipes and tips will be given to make sure you are making a completely healthy meal.
